Who I Am
Working across policy, institutions, business and technology
My work sits at the intersection of public policy, institutions, business and technology. Over more than two decades, I have worked from inside government, alongside international development organizations, with businesses and expert networks, and across research, policy innovation and capacity-building initiatives.
More than fifteen years inside public administration gave me direct exposure to how policy is interpreted, implemented and experienced by businesses and organizations — where intent meets administrative reality, and where good design either survives implementation or quietly fails.
That vantage point now shapes how I work with international partners: Understanding the system before designing the intervention, and treating implementation capability as part of the solution rather than an afterthought.
This cross-system perspective allows me to translate complexity into action — turning research into methodologies, policy intent into implementation pathways, and institutional challenges into practical programmes that people can actually use.
